She was born June 22, 1977 in Des Moines, IA the daughter of William "Bill" and Gloria Crook Rowley. Her father Bill; Mother-In-Law, Nina Cook; and her grandparents preceded her in death.
On September 21, 2002 she married Jim Bob Cook at the Andover Church, Blythedale, MO.
Joanne was a paramedic having worked for several different Ambulance Services.
Survivors include her husband, Jim Bob, and son, Avery Cook, both of the home; Mother, Gloria Rowley and Sister, Jennie (Doug) Turkington all of Runnells, IA; Father-In-Law, James Cook, Blythedale, MO; as well as several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
Graveside Services and Burial will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 24, at Cedar Hill Cemetery,Blythedale, MO.
