Roxanne LeBlanc Smith went to be with the Lord on Monday, June 16, 2014, at the age of 92.
Beloved wife of the late Fred J. Smith, Sr.
Loving mother of Kaye Smith Kingsbery (Mike), Fred J. Smith, Jr. (Denise), and Mekel Smith Alvarez (Rob). Daughter of the late Dallas J. LeBlanc and Elmire Landry LeBlanc. Grandmother of Mark Kingsbery (Colleen), Karyn Kingsbery Grigsby (Doug), Ann Smith Grizzaffi, Jared Smith (Linay) and Alexis Alvarez. Devoted to her five grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
Roxanne leaves a legacy of the love of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will miss her dearly.
The family wishes to express their heartfelt thanks to the entire staff of Villa St. Marie which was Roxanne's home for the past three years as well as the doctors and staff of Passages Hospice for their tender care.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Mass in the Chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans on Friday, June 20, 2014 at 10:00 am.
Interment will follow in Metairie Cemetery.
