Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. William Carl Allen, age 49 of Royston, Georgia who entered into rest Saturday, June 21, 2014. Mr. Allen was born in Greenville, South Carolina, the son of the late Leonard and Mary Sue Carter Allen. Mr. Allen is survived by a son, Shane Allen of Carnesville, daughter, Tessa Langford of Royston. Three sisters, Betty Sue Kellmer of Montana, Kathy Alewine of Hartwell, and Becky Beck of Royston. Three brothers, Kenneth Allen of Murphy, North Carolina, Phil Allen of Royston and Gerald Allen of Montana. Three grandchildren also survive.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, June 25, 2014 in Rosehill Cemetery, Royston, Georgia. The family will receive friends at the graveside following the service. Evans Funeral Home Inc., 1350 Winder Highway, Jefferson, Georgia. 706-367-5467.
