Attended Cobleskill High School. He moved to Fultonville in 1985.

He was employed as a carpenter with the Local 291 Carpenters and Joiners Union in Albany and worked for various construction companies

Enjoyed spending time with his family and liked to go fishing. He was also an expert at the game of darts and he was a member of the Amsterdam Dart League.

Survived by his wife Georgianna; his mother; two daughters; a son; a brother; his sister; a grandson, Trent; and several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive

Funeral service at Jackson & Betz Funeral Home, Fultonville, NY with the Rev. Don Klob officiating.

Interment will follow in Maple Avenue Cemetery
