Mrs. Susan Musser Dies Near Goldsboro 

Goldsboro, Oct. 15.—Mrs. Susan Gotwalt Musser, widow of Martin H. Musser, late of Salunga, Lancaster county, died at 4 o'clock this morning at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph D. Conley, near here. Death was caused by a complication of diseases. She was 77 years old. 

Mrs. Musser was born in Manchester township, a daughter of the late Eli and Mary Beshore Gotwalt. A resident of Salunga for 50 years, she spent her early life in Manchester township. Mrs. Musser was a member of the Old Order of York Brethren. 

Surviving besides her daughter, Mrs. Conley, are two sons, Eli, Lewes, Del., and Martin, Maytown, Lancaster county; seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren and a brother, Eli Gotwalt, Spring Grove. 

The funeral will be held Sunday with brief services at the Conley home at 11:30 a. m. and further rites at the Mennonite Meeting House, Salunga, at 2 p. m. Rev. David Dietz will officiate at the Conley home and Revs. Charles Weidman and Jacob Hurst at Salunga. Interment will be made in the Salunga cemetery. Funeral Directors A. Ziegler's Sons, this place and Manchester, are in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Susan Gotwalt Musser, seventy-seven, widow of Martin H. Musser, formerly of Salunga, died at 4 a. m. yesterday at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph D. Conley, near Goldsboro, York County. Mrs. Musser, who had resided there for the past seven months, had been ill ten days. She was a daughter of the late Eli and Mary Beshore Gotwalt and had resided at Salunga for fifty years. In early life she lived in Manchester Township, York County. She was a member of the Old Order of York Brethren. Besides the daughter with whom she resided, she is survived by two sons, Eli, Lewes, Del., and Martin, Maytown. Seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren and a brother, Eli Gotwalt, Spring Grove, also survive.
