He was preceded in death by his parents, Reverend and Mrs. Roy E. Andrews, Sr., and his siblings, Julie Vernon, Wendall Andrews, and William Andrews.
Eugene was raised in Kansas City, Missouri and attended R.T. Coles. He served in the Air Force and was honorably discharged. He worked for the Kansas City Metro until his health failed.
Eugene was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, and paw-paw. He was an active member of Palestine Missionary Baptist Church, where he served on the Bus Ministry.
Eugene Andrews leaves to mourn his memories, his wife, Mary Andrews; children: Terri Andrews of Atlanta, Georgia, Delaine Jackson (Jewell) of Kansas City, Missouri, Chrishawn Gullian (James) of Kansas City, Missouri, Terrance Price (Karen) of Arlington, Texas, and Melvin Price, Jr.; brother, Roy E. Andrews (Mora) Orangevale, California; sister, Evelyn Young of Plano, Texas; eleven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Funeral Services for Eugene Andrews will be held on Monday, June 23, 11:00 a.m. at Palestine Missionary Baptist Church, 3619 E. 35th Street.

Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. The Church.
Interment, Mount Moriah Cemetery.
