Mr. Creek died Wednesday at the home of his son, Leon Creek, RR 10, following a lengthy illness. He was a native and lifelong resident of Delaware County and worked at Frank Foundries for 43 years before retiring.
Surviving are his son, Leon; four daughters, Mrs. Wanda Buck, Mrs. Debbie Jett, and Diana Creek, all of Muncie, and Mrs. Della Mae Whitehead of Toledo, Ohio; two brothers, George Creek of Parker City and Clifford Creek of Muncie; 12 grandchildren, and a great-grandson.
