The funeral of Harry E. Creek, 72, 2418 S. Vine, will be Friday at 10 a.m. in Meeks Mortuary. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary today from 6 to 9 p.m. or before the funeral Friday.
Mr. Creek died Wednesday at the home of his son, Leon Creek, RR 10, following a lengthy illness. He was a native and lifelong resident of Delaware County and worked at Frank Foundries for 43 years before retiring.
Surviving are his son, Leon; four daughters, Mrs. Wanda Buck, Mrs. Debbie Jett, and Diana Creek, all of Muncie, and Mrs. Della Mae Whitehead of Toledo, Ohio; two brothers, George Creek of Parker City and Clifford Creek of Muncie; 12 grandchildren, and a great-grandson.
