Artist. He was born in Albaida, Valencia. He studied in San Carlos Academy in Valencia and later in Barcelona. He designed the first poster for the Fallas de Valencia in 1929. After the edition of "Las Florecillas de San Francisco," he obtained a big success and moved to New York where exposed in the Roerich Museum. As illustrator, he is remembered for his works for Vicente Blasco Ibáñez books and texts of Poe and Dante, "The Arabian Nights" and "El Quijote." He was awarded with the Golden Medal during International Exhibition of Barcelona in 1929. Among his paintings are "Creación de la Novena Sinfonía de Beethoven," "Berenice," "Festa de Carrer" and "La Metamorfosis de Aniel." He died in his hometown.
