Warnie Adams was born on August 5, 1879, in Magoffin, Kentucky, the son of Alex Adams and Elizabeth Harvey. He married Ida Davis on November 27, 1901, in his hometown. They had six children during their marriage: Glenn, Ollie, Jack "Reese", Carl, Leonard and Elizabeth "Sis". He died as a young father on December 22, 1913, in Magoffin, Kentucky, at the age of 34. He was putting up a fence in the winter time and got pneumonia and died. He was buried in Yellow Hill Cemetery. Contributor: R. Reed (47667990)
