PENSACOLA, Fla. -- David Clayton Hawks, MSC/AW (retired from the U.S. Navy), 60, formerly of Ashland, passed away in Pensacola, Florida, on Saturday, June 14, 2014, after a long illness.
He is survived by his wife, Julie Hawks; three children; four grandchildren; his father, Clayton Hawks; his sister, Sally Hawks Little; and his grandmother, Kathryn Hawks.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Hawks.
Funeral will be Tuesday, June 24, 2014, in Florida with burial at Barrancas National Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Oak Lawn Funeral Home, Pensacola, Florida. (T-G 06/21/14)
