Richard D. Brown, born on March 24, 1949 in San Antonio, TX, went to be with the Lord on November 19, 2004 at the age of 55. He was employed by Southwestern Bell Telephone Company for 22 years. Richard was preceded in death by his father, J.R. Brown. He is survived by his loving wife, Roxanne Brown of 35 years; mother, Letha B. Brown; daughter, Tessa Ramsey and husband Scott; son, Kyle Brown and wife Macy; sister, Letha W, Ashley; two grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of many friends
