Age 91, daughter of the late Michael and Helen Dolak Zelonish. Helen attended Villa Maria Academy and St. Vincent's School of Nursing and prior to her marriage had worked as a registered nurse at St. Vincent's Health Center. Taking time off to raise a family, she returned to nursing following the death of her husband, George J. Potosnak. She was a member of St. Andrew's Catholic Church and also belonged to their Ladies Guild. Her other memberships included the Legion of Mary, St. Mark's Auxiliary and the LIFTS group.

Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Elizabeth Jane "BJ" Potosnak; and four brothers, Sylvester, Frank, William, and John Zelonish.

Helen is survived by a son, John (Jack) Potosnak (Elaine), of Medford Lakes, N.J.; and a daughter, Mary Ann Weber (James), of Erie; sister, Margaret Ranta of Ashtabula, Ohio; grandchildren; and great grand-children.

(In 1930, she and her siblings were in the St. Joseph's Orphan's Asylum)
