Allen Dwight Walker, 88, Claypool, died at 1:15 am, Thursday, June 19, 2014 in his residence. He was born in Marion, Indiana to the late John "Johnnie" Leroy and Vernie (Spencer) Walker.

Allen served in the Army and was a WWII veteran. He retired after 30 years of service from Cle-Mar Kartage, where he worked as a truck driver. Allen was a life time member of VFW, post 7403 Marion, Indiana and a former member of the Moose Lodge. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and building race cars, where then he would race them in Anderson, Indiana.

Funeral Service: at 11:00 am, Monday, June 23, 2014 at Integrity Funeral Care, 2901 S. Washington St, Marion, Indiana with Pastor Richard VanOsdol. Burial will be in Van Buren Cemetery, Van Buren, Indiana.

Visitation: will be Sunday, June 22, 2014 from 2-6 pm. at the funeral home.

Preceded in death by: parents, John Johnnie Leroy and Vernie Walker; brothers, Richard Walker, Weldon Walker; sons, Robert Walker, Lewis Walker, Allen Jr. Walker; daughter, Sue Richmond
