Deborah A. Hawthorne, 57, of Dale, TX, formerly of Industry, slipped away peacefully at her sister's home, following a courageous battle with cancer, on June 12, 2014.

Born January 8, 1957 in East Liverpool, she was a daughter of the late Samuel C. Hawthorne and Irene B. McCombs Hawthorne-Hockenberry.

A graduate of Western Beaver High School and Community College of Beaver County, she spent her working career in the business sector.

In addition to her parents, Deb was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Ronald O. Bolland, and her beloved Sheltie, Bandit.

Deb leaves behind her sister, Norma Jean Bolland, New Brighton; sister and brother-in-law, Connie and Sam Price, who cared for her and she made her home with; nieces and nephews, Jeffrey and Lisa Bolland, New Brighton, Cathleen Bolland, Industry, Tammie Price, Jodie and Terry Washington, Daniel and Melinda Price, all of Dale, TX; great nephews and nieces, Haley and Kyle Bolland, Ryan Bolland and his fiancée, Cassandra Allinger, Darrin Price, Jaszmine and Jonathan Kelley, Glenn Bonner, Cory and Cody Washington, and Bethany, Colby and Bailee Price, and four great-great nieces. Also surviving are numerous cousins and dear friends; and her cherished Sheltie, Rocky.

As per Deb's wishes, she was cremated. A memorial visitation will be held Saturday from 1 p.m. until time of service at 4 p.m. in the D.L. WILLIAMS FUNERAL HOME, 848 Midland Ave., Midland. Private interment will take place at a later time in Oak Grove Cemetery, Industry, where she will be laid to rest with her Mom and Dad.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Beaver County Cancer and Heart Association or the Humane Society Shelter.
