She was born April 26, 1957 in Bowling Green, Kentucky to the late Claude and Gladys White Talley. She was also preceded in death by her brothers: Billy, Charles, and J.C. Talley. She worked at Franklin Precision in production as well as Fruit of The Loom and Eaton/Cutler Hammer.

He was a son of the late Claude Talley and Gladys White Talley and husband of the late Elsie Norris Talley.
