Mrs. Mabel E. Miller, 88, formerly of Montgomery and Hughesville, died at 9:50 p.m. on Thursday, May 26, 1977, in the geriatrics unit of Muncy Valley Hospital. She was the widow of J. Ray Miller. Mrs. Miller was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Montgomery. Surviving are two sons, Elwood F. of Williamsport, and Donald R. of Montgomery, a daughter, Mrs. T.J. Myers Jr., of Hughesville, a brother, Earl Fulmer of Berwick and a sister, Mrs. Hazel Chubb of Narberth, 11 grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. Services will be held today at 2 p.m. at the Snyder Funeral Home, Montgomery, with the Rev. David R. Hauck, pastor of St. John's (Brick) Lutheran Church, Montgomery, R.D. 1 officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home today from 1-2 p.m.
