Sandra Ann Randall, 65, lost her long courageous battle with cancer on December 12, 2010.
She was preceded in death by her father Michael Lanni.
She is survived by her mother Lorraine Lanni; Daughters Tammy Quinones and her husband George, Kimberly Wing and her husband Ronald; Brothers, Tom Lanni and his wife Connie, Michael Lanni and his wife Lupe, Bruce Lanni and his wife Shelley, Chris Lanni and his wife Lori; Sister, Terri Gilligan and her husband Frank; Grandchildren, Nicole Lombardo and her husband Josh, Travis Stark, Jason and Matthew Wing; Great Grandchildren, Sophia and Lexi Lombardo; and many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and beloved friends.
Sandra was born December 3, 1945 to Michael and Lorraine Lanni. She retired from McDonnell Douglas after working for them for more than 20 years. After retirement, she was involved in volunteer work for the Victorville Police Department. She especially enjoyed volunteering for the Special Olympics. Dancing became a passion of hers over the years. She will always be remembered for being a strong, caring and independent woman always willing to help others in their time of need. She will truly be missed. It is comforting to know that she is able to finally dance again.
A funeral service will be conducted Saturday, December 18th at 10:00 A.M. at High Desert Funeral Chapel (760-244-1400). A reception will follow immediately after the service.
The care of Sandra Randall has been entrusted to High Desert Funeral Chapel and Cremation.
We would like to give a special thanks to The Mission of Love Residential Care and Divine Mercy Hospice for taking such wonderful care of Sandra. We are grateful for everything they did for her..
