Tony A. Webb Aug. 5, 1961 - June 12, 2014 SOUTH BEND - Tony A. Webb, 52, of South Bend, Indiana went home to be with the Lord on Thursday evening, June 12, 2014 after a prolonged illness of diabetes. Tony was born on August 5, 1961 to Henry and Corrine Webb in Danville, Illinois. It was in Danville he was raised and received his basic education. Before moving from his hometown he became an ordained minister and shared God's Word every place he went. Tony raised his own six children, three step-sons and several foster children with strong belief in God's Word. Having many memories to treasure are: Darius (Vanessa) Webb, Shatonia Webb, Princeton Webb, Megan Webb and Tobias Webb; stepsons: Orlive Weaver, Leonard Weaver and John McClain. All children were precious in Tony's eyes and heart, and he was always proud to say, "All my kids." Tony always strived to make sure they spent time together getting to know each other. Also having many fond memories are Tony's sisters: Anita Ayers, Mildred (China) Miller; and brothers: Calvin (Madge) Webb, Kurt (Tammy) Webb, Henry Jr. (Sheri) Webb, and M. Eugene (Portia) Webb. Tony has a host of nieces, nephews and cousins with whom he has kept loving family communication. When Tony spoke of friends, know he carried you all in his heart with love and gratitude over the years. Tony's desire was to show his love by sharing God's Word, his family, helping by repairing someone's home appliances or cars, doing photography work, and his children know of his love of eagles as a part of nature. During the year of 2010 Tony relocated from his hometown of Danville, Illinois to South Bend, Indiana, again making many friends, especially at the Sanctuary of Trinity. During Tony's hospital stay for the past two weeks of his life, the doctors and nurses were 'absolutely awesome' in caring for Tony's health and welfare; THANK YOU, so much. Tony was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Corrine Webb; and a son, Braylon Webb. Services will be held on Friday, June 20, 2014 at Clark-O'Neal Funeral Home, 2702 Lincoln Way West, South Bend. Visitation will begin at 3:00 p.m. and funeral service at 4:00 p.m. Sign his guestbook at www.clarkoneal.com. Arrangements entrusted to Clark-O'Neal Funeral Home.
