Leona Drothel Johnson, 89, of Atlantic, passed away Monday afternoon, May 7, 2001, at Cass County Memorial Hospital.
The daughter of Ernest Frederick and Sarah Esther Cooper Sothman, Leona was born February 23, 1912, southwest of Cumberland where she grew up and attended Pringey County School #1. She was united in marriage to Ted Johnson on November 14, 1949, in Lyman. Following marriage they moved to Atlantic. Ted passed away August 7, 1957.
