Gail L. Collins Sept. 7, 1952 - June 15, 2014 BOWLING GREEN, KY - Gail Lynne Collins, 61, a former resident of Lakeville, IN passed away on Sunday, June 15th, 2014 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Born in Mishawaka, IN to the late Earl and Julia (Evelyn) Wilborn, Gail was a tireless caregiver to each of her parents until their passing. On December 16, 1972, Gail married the love of her life, John (Jay) Collins Jr. at the Church of Christ in Granger, IN. They were married for 42 years. Gail was a class of 1970 graduate of Penn High School, Mishawaka, IN and was most recently the office manager for OrthoXpand International, Lakeville, IN. Gail was known for her big heart and selflesness. She loved to cook and host parties and get togethers. Most of all, Gail loved family and her grandchildren were the light of her life. Gail was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, John (Jay) Collins Jr. of Bowling Green, KY; one brother, Wayne (Patty) Wilborn of Mishawaka, IN; one son, Lance (Laura) Collins of Ashville, OH; one daughter, Jamie Cleveland of Plymouth, IN; and 3 grandchildren, Gabrielle and Lliam Collins of Ashville, OH and Preston Cleveland of Plymouth, IN. Gail is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Crematory services are being handled by Music City Mortuary, Nashville, TN. A Memorial Celebration is planned in honor of Gail for Saturday, July 19, 2014 @ 1:00 p.m. at the home of her daughter, 5392 N. Pine Road, Plymouth, IN 46563. All are welcome to attend.
