Edward Tilden Cuckler, age 87, went home to be with the Lord June 14, 2014.
He is preceded in death by his parents John and Freda Cuckler, sister Dorothy Wamsley and son Christian Cuckler.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Barbara Cuckler of Columbus; son Craig (Ruthie) Cuckler of Lancaster; daughter, Cathy Cuckler of Kansas; son, Curtis (Lisi) Cuckler of Westerville; and daughter, Cynthia (Bruce) Benzing of Hilliard; sister Maxine (Tom) Norris of Florida; and nine grandchildren, one great-grandchild with one on the way, and many nieces and nephews.
Edward served his country in the United States Army. He retired as an accountant for the Columbia Gas Co. of Ohio.
The family will receive family and friends on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the Schoedinger North Chapel, 5554 Karl Rd. Funeral will be held at Trinity United Church of Christ Thursday, June 19, 2014 at 10 a.m. with calling hours beginning at 9 a.m. Rev. Dr. Norman A. Moxley I officiating. Interment Union Cemetery.
