Mrs. Lena M. Douglas, 75, of 1409 1/2 33rd St., Rock Island, died last night at 7:55 in St. Anthony's Hospital.
Services will be at 1 Friday afternoon in Hodgson Funeral Home, where friends may call after 7 this evening. The Rev. Kenneth McArthur, pastor of First United Presbyterian Church, Rock Island, will officiate, and burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
She was born June 17, 1884, in LaHarpe, the daughter of Thomas C. and Ella Huddleston. She attended school in Industry.
She was married to Walter E. Douglas May 22, 1907, in Galesburg. He preceded her in death on Nov. 5, 1951.
Mrs. Douglas had been employed as a seamstress at Jeanette's Interior Decorating Service until her illness.
A member of First United Presbyterian Church, she was a member of the Women's Group of the church and of Kate Hill Missionary Society.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Arthur Hast, Chicago, Mrs. Harold Ziel, Rock Island, and Mrs. William Ware, Moline; two sons, Kenneth Douglas, Moline, and Howard Douglas, Rock Island; two sisters, Mrs. Hollis Tanner, Rock Island, and Mrs. Glenn Robbins, Stillwell, Ill., 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
