Wilmington, Del, Nov 24 - William Luke, aged 82, founder and first president of the twenty million dollar West Virginia Pulp and Paper Company, died today at the home of his daughter, Mrs Robert D Hopkins, Beachfield, Baltimore County, Maryland. He was stricken with heart trouble yesterday.
Twenty years ago, he and six sons organized the West Virginia Pulp and Paper Company at Piedmont, W Va. This company also has mills at Davis W Va, and Covington, Va, and other places.
