MRS BLOOMFIELD FOLLOWS HUSBAND
MRS. FANNIE M. BLOOMFIELD, wife of the late John Talbot Bloomfield, died at her home at Oakland at 7:00 last night, Mrs. Bloomfield whose death occured within a week of that of her husband, who died last tuesday, was born in the year 1842. Her parents were Dr. Langeley and Sarah Alice Hall, the forme being a prominent physician of his time who crossed the plains from Illinois to Oregon in 1853 and located on a farm in Douglas Co., when his daughter was 11 years old.
She married to John Talbot Bloomfield October 19, 1862.
She is survivied by three sisters Mary Smith ad Mrs Sarah E/ Thomas of Oakland and Mrs. G. A. Taylor of Portland, also one brother Chas. Hall of Walla Walla, Washington.
The funeral will be held at Oakland tomorrow morning at 10:00, the Rev. C.W.Baker officiating.
