She the daughter of Leah and George Gray. Her parents relocated to Tower City, ND where she spent her childhood. Ora was united in marriage to Merle Walker and they moved to Kingston.
They were blessed with five children; Jack (Linda), Laura Koopman, June Klawitter, Richard (Crystal), Steve (Donna). Her husband preceded her in death in 1989. She later married Merlyn Peckham in 1999. He preceded her in death in 2001.
