Pauline Smith Reeves, 88, died peacefully Friday, June 13, 2014, at her home.
She was born in Greene Country to W.B and Luella Smith on May 24, 1926.
She was a homemaker and a member of Pruett's Chapel Free Will Baptist Church in Light. She enjoyed working in her yard and in the garden.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lonie "Hard Head" Reeves; grandson, Joshua Birmingham; sisters, Janie and Nola; and her brothers, Lloyd and Willie.
Survivors include four daughters, Glenda Ruth (Roger) Vick, Sue (Charley) Pillow, Connie (Randy) Gray and Tammy (Darrell) Birmingham; son, James Ronnie (Susie) Reeves; grandchildren, Zachary Birmingham, Cap Brewer, Nathan Reeves, Sandy McCormick, Jeff and Karen Vick, Leah Shipman and Shaughnessy Pillow; great-grandchildren, Corey Pillow, Layne Shipman, Linzie, Michael and John Van Brocklin, Kinley Wynne, Cap Brewer, Christian and Trenton Duke, Aiden Reeves, Kenna and Kord McCormick.
Burial was in Mount Zion Cemetery. Heath Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
