Funeral services for John Grant Wallingford, 71, member of an early Seattle family, will be tomorrow in the White Funeral Home. Burial will be in Forest Lawn. Mr. Wallingford died last Friday in Los Angeles, where he had lived since 1936. Mr. Wallingford was born in Napa, CA. He came here about 1899 with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Noble Wallingford for whom the Wallingford district was named. Mr. Wallingford was a furniture buyer here and in Los Angeles. He was a member of the Seattle Elks No. 92. Surviving are a son John M. Wallingford, Los Angeles, with whom he lived and two brothers, Donald E., Vancouver, WA and Royal Wallingford, San Leandro, CA.
