Jennifer ‘Jenny' Lynn Arwood, 54, Peru, passed away at 9:20 p.m. on Monday, January 23, 2006 at her residence.

The homemaker was born on August 28, 1951 in Peru to William E. Sharp and Mary Jane (Schini) Sharp. She married Dave Arwood on June 13, 1969 and he survives.

Arwood was a member of the St. John's Lutheran Church, Peru.

Aside from her husband, she is survived by her mother, who resides in Peru; close family member Heather Kalb and family, Missouri; nephew, Justin Pennington; two nieces, Brittany Sharp and Anna Sharp, each of Peru; brother, Tom Sharp and wife Tonya, Peru; and sister, Jane Sharp, Peru.

She was preceded in death by her father; and brother, Gary Sharp.


Funeral services will be conducted at St. John's Lutheran Church on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. with Pastors Kenneth Greenwald and Robert Koch officiating.

Burial will be at Lutheran Cemetery, Peru.

Visitation will be on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the church.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church Roof Fund.

Funeral arrangements are being handled by Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, Peru.
