Cindy M. Black, 44, of Panama City, FL passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2014.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband, Ira Black, Jr.; parents, Cliff and Mary Stoll; one brother, Bob Stoll (wife, Kim); Uncle Con and Aunt Janet, as well as Uncle Joe and Aunt Linda; two step-children, Anthony Black (wife, Angie) and Ashley Brown; and seven step-grandchildren.

Cindy graduated from Mt. Carmel School of Nursing in Columbus, Ohio and was currently employed with NHC Homecare in Panama City. Cindy's life was the epitome of living, loving, and laughing. Cindy lived her life with great passion, whether it be in her garden or taking care of her patients, with grace in the way she danced through life, with loyalty to her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all.

A celebration of her life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 14, 2014, at their home. All guests attending her celebration of life are encouraged to wear bright colors in honor of Cindy. Those wishing to extend a word of condolence may do so at www.heritagefhllc.com.
