Howard B. Reeves, age 75, of Graniteville, S.C., loving husband for 57 years to Carolyn Holley Reeves and son of the late William R. "Buster" Reeves and the late Alice "Biddie" Feaster Reeves, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, June 12, 2014. He was preceded in death by a brother, Bob Reeves, a sister, Sarah Ferqueron and two grandchildren, Ashlee Reeves and Davey Reeves. He was born in Graniteville, S.C. and was a lifelong resident of Aiken County, S.C. He was a retired Traffic Manager with J. M. Huber Corp. and after retiring from there, he worked at the Recycling Center on Breezy Hill in Graniteville, S.C. He was a US Navy Veteran. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend who shall be long remembered for his keen sense of humor and his friendliness as he never met a stranger. "Mr. Howard", as he was so fondly known by many, was respected as a "True Horseman". He was particularly known in the Tennessee Walking Horse Community. He was an honest man with an unshakeable faith. He truly focused on a person's inner heart and not their outside flaws. Being with his family was his life's pleasure, and he shall be greatly missed by his family and all whose life he touched.
The interment will follow at the Graniteville Cemetery.
