Mrs. Bonnie R. Denton, 87, wife of the late George Denton, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, June 12th, 2014, at the home of her daughter, Janice (Rev. Frank) Hyder, Beech Island, SC.
Born in Santa Monica, CA and a longtime resident of North Charleston, SC, she was a daughter of the late E.L. and Hettie Stowell Russell. She was a Bookkeeper with Denton Construction. Mrs. Denton was a very active member of Riverbluff Church.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Sharon Drummond.
Inurnment will take place in August in Lower Hightower Baptist Church Cemetery, Hiawassee, GA.
