Funeral Services (with Military Honors) will be held 11:00AM Saturday, June 14, 2014, at Southeast Tenth Avenue Church of Christ (Gainesville, FL) with Brother Johnny Moore, Sr. officiating. Mr. Taylor will be interred at the Florida National Cemetery (Bushnell, FL). Mr. Taylor will be viewed at the Funeral Home on Friday 4:00-7:00PM - At the Church on Saturday 30 Minutes prior to the Services - And with the Processional. The Procession will form at the residence of his sister, Alene Williams, 2449 NW Arden Drive, Gainesville at 10:00AM.
Left to cherish his memory are: son - Timothy Taylor, Daughter - LaShonya Taylor and former wife - Lucille Taylor all of Gainesville, FL; God-daughter - Sharmaine Hankerson of Stockridge, GA; sisters - Alene Williams of Gainesville, FL and Ella Salters (& Delmar) of Ocala, FL; brother - Eddie Taylor Jr. of Gainesville, FL; 6 grands; 6 great grands; 3 brothers-in-law; and a host of nieces & nephews, cousins & friends (with special friends - Doris Manning and David Washington of Gainesville, FL).
