She's survived by her children: Monta (Mike) Riggs and Marion (Kathy) Adkins;5 grandchildren; brother Tony Hood and sister Theresa Noah; 9 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Preceded by her parents; husband Marion Adkins Jr; siblings Bill, Bob and John Thomas Hood; Agnes Florence, Rita Benjamin and Mildred Noel; Funeral St. Mary's Catholic Church with burial to follow at Arlington Cemetery.
