Chad Allen Turner, age 26, passed away Saturday, June 7 due to a tragic car accident at Vanderbilt Medical center. Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is In charge of arrangements.
A Celebration of Life will be 2 p.m. On Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 and 10 a.m. until the hour of service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Chad was born and raised in Charlotte, TN. He is survived by his mother, stepfather, sister, 2 stepbrothers, father, stepmother, niece, grandparents, 7 aunts and 2 uncles. He is also survived by 9 cousins3 friends who called him brother and many other friends; his Bladestorm family and his Custom Trim Work family .
