Mrs. Cora Puffer, well-known traveler and resident of Portland for more than 25 years, died yesterday at Good Samaritan hospital, where she had been treated for heart disease which resulted from a cerebral hemorrhage suffered several months ago.

Having visited nearly every part of the world except Australia and New Zealand, Mrs. Puffer was planning a journey to those regions when she became ill. Her last trip was to Africa in the company of Mrs. F. T. McBride, 487 East Twenty-third street North.

Mrs. Puffer was 63 years old. She was a prominent member of the Portland Woman's club. She is survived by no relatives, having lived alone since her husband's death 18 years ago. No arrangements have been made for the funeral.
