Christopher Joseph Coffman, 4, of 1010 Oregon Ave., Natrona Heights, died Monday (July 10, 1978) at 12:22 p.m in Children's Hospital, Pittsburgh, after an illness of 10 months.
Born in Natrona Heights, July 28, 1973, he was the son of Stanley and Patricia Shellhammer Coffman.
A Protestant by faith, he lived in the area all his life.
Besides his parents, he is survived by a sister, Kelly, at home; maternal Grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Homer Shellhammer of Apollo; and numerous aunts and uncles.
