Joseph Commora, a Larkin resident died at his home after an illness of two months. He was 50 years old and was born in Larkin. He had been a Dow employee in the insecticide Dept.. Funeral services were held at St Brigids with burial in Old Calvary Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Julia and four children: Mrs George Sweet, Cecilia, Lucille and Louis; and his mother Mrs Anna Commora, Stanley Commora a brother, And 3 sisters: Mrs George Schwab, Mrs Joseph Asthowcki, and Mrs Martin Bjewit of Detroit.
