Frederick Briggs aged seventy one years, died at the home of his niece, Mrs. Lavinia Annabel, Wednesday morning ... He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Polly Myerscoff (sp) of Brooklyn, N.Y.; two sons Thomas Briggs of Buffalo, N.Y. and Harry Briggs of Peckville...Burial will be made in Prospect Cemetery, Peckville. Son of William Briggs and Anna Flint. Frederick was a coal miner. His daughter was Mary Ann “Polly”
