He was born February 21, 1935 in Big Spring, Texas and graduated from Big Spring High School.
He attended Arlington State College and received an Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology.
He served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.
Craig worked for the United States Postal Service from October 27, 1967 to January 1, 2001, retiring in Midland as Post Master.
He enjoyed gardening.
Survivors include an adopted daughter, Lydia Jojola and husband, Juan of Big Spring.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hugh and Gerene Craig Duncan.
