She was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Julia Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Chulick, in 1985; three sisters, Agnes Gido, Marian Baracka and Margaret Kozak; and two brothers, Andrew and Albert Sabol.
Survivors include two sons, Alan M. Chulick and his wife, Mary Alice, of Fairview Township and David Chulick of Tucson, Ariz. (d 6/28/2005 age 58 in a car accident near his home in AZ); three sisters, Ann Winkler, Ethel Bensur and Elaine Barner; two brothers, Frank and Rudy Sabol; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Burial will be at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
