Mrs. Frances Lowe, 95, of Black Mountain, NC, formerly of Lanett, AL, passed away Saturday, 21 Feb 2015.
Mrs. Lowe was born 8 Jun 1919 in AL where she spent most of her life until relocating to Black Mountain, NC in 2008 to live with her daughters. She was a member of Plant City Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Louisa Dunn Weldon; husband, Harold Lowe; nine brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her daughters, Judy Brown (Joe), Linda (Skip) Briggs, all of Black Mountain, NC; grandchildren, Jonathan Brown, Jessica Brown; great grandchildren, Nathaniel and Mackenzie.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. (EST) Friday, 27 Feb 2015 at Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home in Valley, AL. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in Lanett, AL. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Friday from 1:00 p.m. (EST) until the service hour.
