BARNESVILLE — Linda Jean Betts, 55, of Jerusalem, died Wednesday (March 21, 2001) at her home. She was born Aug. 31, 1945, in Wheeling, W.Va., daughter of the late Howard and Merle (Burkhimer) Curtis. Mrs. Betts was a member of Somerton United Methodist Church, the Farm Bureau, and was a 4-H adviser.
She leaves her husband, Robert Betts; a son, Dale (Lynn) Betts of Somerton; a daughter, Dorinda Betts of Jerusalem; a sister, Brenda Hoskinson of Bellaire; three grandchildren.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, Barnesville, where services will be 11 a.m. Friday. Burial will be in Calais Cemetery, Calais.
