Billy grew up in the Knob Noster, Missouri area and was a Senior Line Foreman for the Missouri Power Service in Clinton, Missouri for 25 years.
He loved to fish and was featured in a Southwestern Angler Magazine article with a near record 10 lb. 2 oz. largemouth bass.
His last day of life was great, he fished all day and felt the best he ever had. He passed away 20 minutes after arriving home from lung cancer.
