Mr. Stark, a native of California, was a member of the Disabled America Veterans and Moose Lodge No 391.
Surviving are his wife, Yvobbe Stark of Stockton; two daughters, three sons; his mother, Florence Gregg, his stepfather, Leland Gregg; two brothers and two grandchildren.
