John Joseph Kilgore died at the age of 76. He lived at 736 West Washington Avenue in Council Bluffs and was a retired contractor. He had lived in Council Bluffs for 40 years and died in a local hospital. He was survived by his wife Ella B. Kilgore, one son Arthur H. Kilgore of Los Angeles, one daughter Mrs. Mike Marlow of San Francisco, one brother Harry Kilgore of Rising City, Nebraska, and three grandchildren.
