LIVELY, MARY HELEN, 87, of Louisville, passed away Saturday, June 7, 2014 at Norton Audubon Hospital.
Mary was a member of Fern Creek Christian Church.
Survivors include her loving husband of 65 years, Jeff Lively; children, Valerie Lee Edgerly (Paul) and Jerome Thomas Lively (Mary Colleen); siblings, Sylvia M. Gross, Richard Lee Pearson, and John Edward Pearson; grandchildren, Kelly Bradshaw (Darren), James Lively (Deana), and Jeffrey Lively; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation for Mary will be 2-8 p.m. Monday at Ratterman and Sons, 3800 Bardstown Road. Funeral services in celebration of her life will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Ratterman and Sons, with burial to follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
