MRS. LIETZ OF CITY DIES AT AGE 89
Mrs. Ida Lietz, 89, of 239 Chestnut St., died at 12:05 p.m. Friday at Maple Manor.
Born Oct. 8, 1880, the daughter of Albert and Henrietta Raatz, she was married to Fred Lietz. She was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Richford.
Survivors include two sons, Albert Lietz of Fond du Lac and Rudy Hintz of Beaver Dam; one daughter, Mrs. Melvin Merrill of St. Joseph’s Mich.; two brothers, Richard Raatz of Wautoma and Herman Raatz of North Dakota; 10 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1961 and one son.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday from St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Richford. Burial will be in Richford Cemetery.
Friends may call at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home after 2 p.m. Sunday. The body will be in state at the church from 1:30 P.M. Monday Until the time of services.

Funeral services for Mrs. Ida Lietz, who died Friday, were held at 2 p.m. Monday at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Richford, the Rev. H. N. Buenting officiating.
Harland Beutler was the soloist and Mrs. Harland Beutler was organist. Burial was in Richford Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Gary Hanson, Larry Hanson, John Hanson, Robert Lietz, Donald Lietz and Marvin Abraham.
