Son of Philip Daniel Lenhart and Cora Esther King. Wilson was born 25 Jan 1893 in Oakland, Iowa. Veteran of World War I, enlisting 13 Mar 1918 while living Huron, South Dakota and discharged 9 Aug 1919 with Co I, C.A.C. Prior to the war he worked as a Brakeman for the Railroad. However, the rest of his life was devoted to farming which he tried in Colorado and Nebraska. He married Maude I. about 1921. They had four children: Malvin J "Mannie", Delbert I, Glenn and Elizabeth "Betty". After moving back from Bovine, CO, they bought property and settled down to farming in the Platte Valley of Nebraska. Wilson passed away in 1955.
