Lloyd Banks, age 94, of Grand Haven Township, MI, formerly of Culver, IN, passed away at home Wednesday, June 4, 2014 with family at his side.
Lloyd was born Nov 14, 1919 in Culver, IN to the late Owen and Florence (Deacon) Banks. He worked many years as a tooling supervisor in aluminum roll forming and retired from Bendix Corp. in Detroit, MI.
He is survived by three sons, Donald and the late Carol Banks of Grand Rapids, MI., Kenneth and Susan Banks of Grand Haven, MI., and Dennis Banks of Cuernavaca, Merolos, Mexico; four grandchildren, Jeffrey Banks, Bryon Banks, Bridget (Brian) Wright and Lori (Kelly) Brantley; five great grandchildren, Anne Wright, Jacob Wright, Grace Wright, Steven Brantley and Rachel Brantley.
Lloyd was preceded in death by his wife Theresa (Perry) Banks who passed away August 11, 2013 and his daughter-in-law Carol Banks who passed away May 11, 2014.
