Charles "Edward", who resided in Blades, Delaware, served as a Sergeant on A-20C #42-33310, Hunter Field, Savannah, Georgia, U.S. Army Air Force during World War II.

He enlisted in the Army on July 21, 1942 in Camden, New Jersey. He was noted, at the time of his enlistment, as being Single, without dependents.

"Edward" died in the "Line Of Duty" when his A-20C crashed in a training accident near Savannah, Georgia during the war.
